Cambridge Place at Russell Creek ("CPRC") is a community consisting of two hundred and fifty four luxury homes located at the corner of Hedgcoxe and Custer Road in Plano, Texas.
Nestled within CPRC is Capstone Park, and Russell Creek runs through CPRC.
CPRC was a Shaddock Development Company project. CPRC's construction began in 2001, and at the end of 2009, all two hundred and fifty-four homes had been built.
CPRC had three primary builders who were Standard Pacific Homes, Drees Custom Homes, and Goodman Custom Homes.
All homes located in CPRC are governed by by-laws, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and enforced by the Cambridge Place at Russell Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc. ("Association").
The Association is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas for the specific purpose of providing for the common services, maintenance, assessments,
preservation, and architectural control regarding the residential lots, common amenities, and other facilities pertaining to the homes of CPRC.
CPRC's location is just minutes away from such shopping venues as The Shops of Legacy, The Shops of Willow Bend, Stonebriar Mall, and the Allen Premium Outlets. CPRC's location is
unique in that although located in Plano, Texas, it borders Allen, Texas, and is only minutes from Frisco, Texas.
CPRC's location is also just minutes away from some of the larger corporate headquarters in North Texas such as EDS, J.C. Penny, Frito Lay, and Dr. Pepper. CPRC falls within the
award winning Plano Independent School District, and is within walking distance of Andrews Elementary school.
